2019 Season

Over the past year we've held our annual awards, celebrated our 10th Year, went Under the Sea, danced our hearts out and celebrated the Greatest Christmas so it would be easy to think 2018 couldn't be topped...but 2019 is already shaping up to be just as exciting!

The world can feel like a bit of a dark and scary place at times recently so our 2019 season is all about shining a bright light into the dark and letting everyone share the spotlight and with plenty happening across all our projects there's lots to look forward to.  So as we say goodbye to 2018, here’s what 2019 has in store for Project Theatre.

We want to use our diverse range of bright, bold and positive activities and performances to brighten up people’s lives.

We will do this by dazzling you with the bright lights of Broadway through Inov8 Dance’s production of Dancing on Broadway at FTH in May as part of the Tryst Festival and show you stories of hope and love in the darkest of times through our Youth Theatre production of Oliver! at FTH in October.

Shiny new Performing arts skills training workshops will start off the year at the Youth Theatre as we host acting, singing and dancing masterclasses as well as trying something with lighting up the shadows with our Shadow Puppet Theatre and Lighting workshops along with Acting Singing and Dancing workshops and more!

Along with more to come including Summer Drama and Collective projects and Winter Festive ideas floating about already we can’t wait to get started to help everyone shine their lights bright!💡
